Frequently asked questions

Event Management has three main pillars – Event Planning, Event Design & Production, and Event Coordination.

Event planning includes budgeting, electing and reserving the event venue, establishing timelines of activities, developing a theme, planning food and catering services, arranging for equipment, vendor selections for food, photo-video, DJ services, Entertainment, Floral Design, and much more based on the event.

Event Design and production means the visualization of event themes and handling anything from staging, lighting, flowers, decors, etc to convert vision into reality. Let experts handle these items so you can enjoy the event.

An event coordinator is responsible for all the little details, making sure that the plan will work properly. An event coordinator assists the event planner and communicates with vendors like make-up artists, photo-videographer, catering services, and entertainment teams, and works with venue management to coordinate activities and work with guests, and other agencies per schedule and timeline.
